Belmont Optical — formerly Jenson & Ledingham — was originally established in 1923, making us the longest-running opticians in Aberdeen.

I am proud to be the owner and lead practitioner at Belmont Optical — I enjoy my job and pride myself on thoroughness.

With 25 years of experience in optics, I offer routine eye examinations, contact lens fittings, and other specialised eye care, including myopia management and cataract / dry eye treatment.

I am an independent prescriber, which enables me to prescribe topical treatment for a variety of eye conditions.

12 MONTH MANUFACTURING FRAME WARRANTY

If, within 12 months of purchase, your glasses are damaged due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace them for you free of charge.

EASY PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR GLASSES

We offer the option to pay 50% and spread the remaining balance across six months, by Direct Debit.

CONTACT LENS HOME DELIVERY

When paying by Direct Debit, you can have your contact lenses delivered directly to your home.

We can offer treatment for children and adults whose underperforming visual abilities are hindering their reading and comprehension.

DRY EYE DISEASE
